Gorham, N.Y. — An Upstate NY man backed into a woman with his car after an argument, deputies said.
At 9:40 p.m. on Friday, Blake Randolph, 27, of Dresden, was arguing in a car near Kearney road with a 44-year-old woman, deputies said.
The woman got out of the car and then Randolph quickly backed the car up, hitting her, deputies said.
The woman was taken to F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua with non-life-threatening injuries, deputies said.
Deputies found Randolph, who was intoxicated, near Kearney Road and arrested him, deputies said.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, leaving the scene of an accident, second-degree assault, reckless driving, and unsafe backing, deputies said.
Randolph is being held in the Ontario County jail, deputies said.
